ADDICTION: Evidenced-based counseling techniques including Motivational Interviewing, DBT, ACT and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches are used to assist clients in dealing with personal addictions in a respectful and customized approach.
RELAPSE PREVENTION: Educational and experiential approaches assist clients increase awareness of personal relapse symptoms and to manage cravings.
INTERVENTIONS: Customized interventions for the family and addict are carried out in a professional, respectful and compassionate manner. Treatment referrals and ongoing correspondence with the treatment provider are included.
ASSESSMENTS: Professional assessments of potential alcohol and drug dependency are completed with client and family, utilizing criteria approved by the state of Oregon. Psychosocial factors (cooccurring mental health issues, environmental stressors, etc) are identified and appropriate referrals are offered based on socioeconomic status.
MONITORING: Individualized monitoring developed based on needs of clients or third party referents. Monitoring may include individual and group counseling, drug screening, as well as family or professional referrals.
SUBOXONE SUPPORT GROUPS: Groups offered to assist clients whom are currently using Suboxone either for maintenance or a therapeutic taper. Group focused on goal setting, cognitive-behavioral changes, craving management and developing social support.
COMPULSIVITY ISSUES: Individual counseling offered to clients struggling with gambling, eating disorders, sexual issues and other compulsive behaviors.
